Katie Price unfollows ex Charles Drury after he refuses to sign document promising not to spill her secrets

KATIE Price has unfollowed ex toyboy Charles Drury on social media after he refused to sign a document promising not to spill her secrets.

The legal contract, also known as a Non Disclosure Agreement, would have prevented Charles from gossiping about Katie, 41.

But the builder is still said to be furious that she used him to fix up her mucky mansion before running back into the arms of her ex Kris Boyson.

A source told Sun Online: "Katie wanted Charles to come to the house and talk things out – she’s been begging him not to leave and to take her back.

"But he’s still fuming over her cheating on him and embarrassing him so told her he’s not interested. That’s when she asked him to sign an NDA (non disclosure agreement) saying he wouldn’t speak about her in public or tell his mates anything about their relationship.

"He thought that was outrageous and told her that. She unfollowed him on Instagram and was furious.

"He doesn’t care though. It’s over."

The Sun Online has contacted Katie's rep for comment.

Her fury comes after she confiscated Charles' phone to stop him gossiping to his mates about their relationship.

Katie, 41, even banned the builder from using social media in a bid to control what gets out about her.

A source told The Sun Online: "Katie’s taken Charles’ phone off him and ordered him a new SIM card, which hasn’t arrived yet.

"She’s had bad experiences in the past and doesn’t want his mates gossiping about her if he tells them any information about the relationship.

"He can still message friends through Instagram on his iPad but he’s not posting to social media and can’t call anyone.

"Katie’s warned him that he needs to be more cautious about what he tells people now he’s dating her."

Katie first ditched fiance Kris when she met hunky Charles on Instagram with him joining her for a boozy break in Turkey last month.

Sources claimed Katie and Charles then spent a night together in a hotel in early August, and soon after she had him flown out to the country while she underwent check-ups for recent surgeries.

Earlier this month, she was seen furiously grabbing a woman's head after she was kicked out of a night club for being "too drunk".
