Insiders claim Katie will be heading to her surgeon in Brussels, Belgium, to get new surgery.
“Katie doesn’t like her current boobs and wants them improved.
“She’s always worried about how they look in a bikini, so she’s going back to surgery.
"It'll be her tenth boob job."
Katie confirms her plans to go under the knife again on the final episode of her reality show on Monday.
Talking to her mum Amy about the future, she warns fans that she’ll be back “but I might look different”.
When Amy tells her “no you won’t”, she corrects her mum and says “I will. It’s summer holidays, I’ll need a change.
“I am having surgery. I’ll have a designer vagina thank you very much.
“I am going to have some tweaks.”
After arguing with Amy about whether Amy’s surgery for a prolapse counts as a ‘designer vagina’, Katie adds a graphic description of what she wants done down there.
Our insider adds: “Katie’s always joking about a designer vagina and getting one done.
“But she’s talked about it a lot more recently – especially now she’s dating a younger man.”
Katie is dating 29 year old fitness trailer Kris Boyson.
“She keeps talking about having it done as a ‘gift’ for Kris’s 30th birthday,” says the friend.
Katie hasn’t had much luck with surgery getting infected – in 2015, she had an infected boob during her time in the Celebrity Big Brother house, with housemate Katie Hopkins claiming it “stank like dead people”.
She also showed off her infected scars from the facelift she got earlier this year on her reality show.
When contacted by The Sun Online, Katie’s spokesperson says: “She has NO plans at all for more surgery.”
