Katie Price admits life has hit ‘rock bottom’ as new series air date is revealed

Katie Price has admitted that her life has "hit rock bottom" – just as her new series of My Crazy Life is set to air later this month.

It has been a horrendous year for the 40-year-old after landing in rehab, fighting off bankruptcy and being involved in a suspected drink driving incident.

The former glamour model has said that she is looking forward to telling her side of the story and that she is trying to get her life on track.

The first special, which is still being filmed, will air on Monday 12 November and will show her dealing with her diagnosis of PTSD and trying to get her life back on track and being reunited with her family.

This comes after Katie broke her self-imposed social media ban – while she was meant to be in rehab – and has uploaded some pictures on the spookiest day of the year.

Speaking about the upcoming series, she said: "Things have really hit rock bottom since the last series of ‘My Crazy Life’ a few months ago. But the only way is up.

"It’s time to get my life back on track and be the best mum in the world for my kids. I’m excited to get back to doing what I love and to tell my side of the story."

There will be a second special airing in December.

Meanwhile, before her release from rehab for her bankruptcy hearing yesterday, Kieran Hayler was seen taking his children shopping for toys today as their mother narrowly swerved bankruptcy.

Katie is reportedly desperate to spend Christmas with her children Jett, Bunny, Princess and Junior, who are currently living with their dads.

But embattled Katie Price may have to face Christmas without a home and therefore without her kids if a December 4 bankruptcy hearing does not go in her favour.

The former business woman submitted a proposal to the High Court yesterday to pay back £22,000 in unpaid taxes.

At a hearing this morning the judge postponed the case until later this year to give HMRC time to consider whether to accept her plan – known as an Individual Voluntary Arrangement – or to force her to go bankrupt.
