Ian Beale is set to get in quite a bit of trouble after his date with Jean Slater ends in disaster.
In scenes expected to air tonight, Ian ends up doused in red wine after both Jean AND Kat Moon hurl glasses all over him because of his shocking attitude.
This comes after Jean and Ian struck up an unlikely romance while they sang together in the Albert Square choir – and he even cooked Christmas dinner for them.
Jean seemed a bit of a reluctant player in their love game, knowing that she only accepted the idea of dating him as a cover for Hayley Slater’s pregnancy.
But Kat eventually convinces her to go out for lunch with him, hoping that it can work out for Jean and Ian.
Jean begrudgingly agrees to go along with it, but it doesn’t really go as they hoped. with Ian putting his foot in it by making some not-so-great comments.

Jean tries again with Ian but things still don’t go well, and in the end his awkward comments are bordering-on unknid, leaving Jean livid.
She furiously throws the wine all over him and, as expected, the Slaters back each other.
Kat, who is also at the restaurant, clearly regrets setting them up and goes over to him, throwing her win over him as well in anger at how he has treated Jean.
But poor Jean – things are not set to improve as soon, spoilers have revealed Jean will be diagnosed with ovarian cancer and she is forced to deal with her mortality.
She is set to find out from doctors that more tests are needed, but she chooses not to open up to her family and spirals as she awaits her fate.
