KARDASHIAN fans have been left in shock after Khloe revealed the massive hole in her face after a skin cancer scare.
The Hulu star donned a bandage on her fans for several months, speaking at length about her condition on The Kardashians.
Khloe, 39, took to social media channels to give an even more unfiltered look at the injury left behind after her skin cancer scare.
She posted a close-up photo of her face online, revealing that a large chunk of her cheek is missing after being removed for testing.
In the photo, the mom of two appeared to be posing in a mirror, partially obscuring her face with her phone.
The outline of her cheek was visible, however, and she drew an arrow pointing toward it that further highlighted the alteration to her appearance.
Khloe captioned her post: "Not that we needed the arrow to point out the huge indentation on the side of my face…. but because we had to remove the tumor from my cheek I was left with an indentation."
Prior to her post, fans hadn't really gotten a good look at the actual injury the Good American founder suffered as a result of her procedure.
Fans reposted the image on Reddit, sharing their thoughts.
One commenter confessed: "Seeing her talk about this in the show scared me into going to a skin check for the first time since pre-Covid.

"As soon as my MD looked at my back she pointed out a mole and was like 'I don't like this one' and I was like 'Ok good get rid of whatever needs to go.' It came back benign but because it was around other moles on my back I'm due back in 3 months instead of once a year."
Another supporter wrote: "Celebrities talking about their health issues does so much to raise awareness! Like Brooke Shields talking about having postpartum depression."
"This has to be so hard to deal with when their world is so centered on their appearance. Idk I genuinely feel for her on this," a third commenter empathized.
Someone else chimed in: "Wow it looks much better. Good for her."
Several commenters noted one odd detail about the snap, however.
"It looks oddly photoshopped," one viewer noted.
Another replied: "There is some kind of skin smoothing and face slimming filter on these."
"Yeah…it just looks odd. Maybe because of the excessive smoothing and blur filter it makes it look fake. It's just weird. This is seriously one photo she didn't need to photoshop to make her look perfect lol."
SCARY SHOW & TELL
Khloe shared gruesome before and after shots from her surgery back in September, nearly a year after she first opened up about her health issues.
At the time, Khloe posted a photo of herself with three other women whom she referred to as her "Armenian Tribe" on her Instagram Story.
She wrote in part: "Master L has been helping me with the indentation on my cheek from the tumor I had removed and she has done wonders.
"It will always be something we have to fill due to the mass, but she has a magic wand if you ask me."
Master L's real name is Lilia Serobian and she is a specialized injector in artistic facial transformation, according to her Instagram bio.
In a subsequent story, Khloe gave a shout-out to the doctor who removed the tumor from her face in the first place.
She said: "Not only did he remove the tumor and make sure that I am completely cancer-free, but he did such a f**king stellar job on making my scar as small and beautiful as possible."
Khloe included a photo of the small dot of skin cancer that was on her face.
She said she thought it was a pimple for nearly one year before she finally got her diagnosis.
The Hulu personality later posted a photo of the four-centimeter wound on her face after the surgery.
The wound was bound together with stitches and Khloe's face was covered in a blue medical cloth.
In another Instagram Story, the star shared a photo of her her wearing a larger bandage that covered her whole cheek.
She wrote: "I know this looks crazy and pretty massive, which it was, butfor all good reason."
Khloe also shared several photos of the large indentation that was left in her cheek from the tumor removal.
She wrote: "I am definitely not complaining because I would rather have an indentation than melanoma any day."
KHLOE'S NIGHTMARE
In October 2022, Khloe revealed the reason she was wearing a large bandage on her face after sporting it during several outings.
She explained that she had a tumor removed from her face and had to keep it covered until it was completely healed.
The TV star posted a series of snaps on her Instagram Stories revealing the discovery.
In one post, she created a collage of photos of herself wearing a skin-colored bandage on her face.
She wrote: "I've seen numerous stories about the ever-evolving bandage on my face, with some of you wondering why I've been wearing one for the past few weeks."
The mom of two said she noticed a "small bump on her face and assumed it was a zit" until it persisted for seven months.
She shared a closeup photo of the bump, circling it and pointing an arrow at it.
After getting the bump biopsied twice, Khloe says that her doctors said the finding needed to be immediately removed.
She explained that her margins from the surgery appeared clear and said she was in the process of "healing" at the time.
Khloe reminded her followers in another post to be vigilant about checking their skin and wearing sunscreen.

She wrote: "At 19, I had melanoma on my back, and I had surgery to remove that as well, so I'm pre-disposed to melanomas."
Khloe went on to thank her doctors, writing: "Everyone you meet is fighting a battle we know nothing about. Try not to judge and be kind for you have no idea what they are going through."
