The 35-year-old has caused waves in the house after getting close to fellow contestant Chloe Ayling – despite being married.
It has been revealed that no housemate in the show's 17 year history has had winning odds bigger than the 125/1 currently on offer for the former Premier League footballer.
Conversely American star Kirstie Alley is the hot favourite with odds of 4/6.
Conor Norris of Ladbrokes said: "Pennant is breaking records for all the wrong reasons in the Big Brother house, while Kirstie's odds of winning have never been shorter."
Jermaine's "snakey" behaviour has enraged viewers – he shared a kiss with Chloe, 21, and had been flirting with her from the get-go despite being wed to model Alice Goodwin.
Chloe claimed to be in the dark about the marriage and called Jermaine "immature" after she was evicted.
She told The Sun Online: "I don't think he's mature enough to realise he's doing wrong but hopefully he will learn."
Jermaine married model Alice in 2014 but pals have since come forward to say the marriage is "on and off".
His footie friend Kevin James said that Jermaine was "confused".
Kevin added: "As for his marriage, I don’t think Jermaine knows whether he’s coming or going, he told me that they broke up recently and that he didn’t think she was coming back.
"He just looks confused to me, to be honest him and Alice are better off as friends because they’ve broken up so many times.”
He went to say that he doesn't believe that Chloe didn't know Jermaine was hitched.
Kevin continued: “Her say she didn’t know about Jermaine is just a joke.
