It comes after the former Liverpool and Arsenal midfielder has lifted the lid on what really went on off the pitch in his bombshell best-seller new book.
Jermaine, 35, has left a host of Premiership stars shaken and on tenterhooks as to what he will reveal when he enters the house.
He was due to go into hiding for CBB on August 14, but Jermaine actually went into hiding at the weekend.
It comes after the Sun Online revealed his pals staged an intervention for him before his sensational tell-all book Mental: Bad Behaviour, Ugly Truths and the Beautiful Game came out.
The former bad-boy's pals held the crisis talks at a secret location in London last Wednesday.
A source told The Sun Online: "Jermaine's pals haven't left him alone since the book came out. His phone has been going off non-stop.
"The crisis meeting was held so they could quiz him on what he'll say on CBB.
"It's big football stars Jermaine was partying with and some of them are married to the girlfriends they had back then so don't want it to come out what they used to get up to with women and just how flashy they were when they hit the parties and casinos.
"Jermaine has not even confirmed to them he is going on CBB, but they know once the drinks start flowing in the CBB house then Jermaine could say a lot more."
A source added: "Jermaine won't name names, But it won't be hard for people to work out who he's talking about.
"Everyone hopes they can get hold of Jermaine before Thursday but he's completely gone to ground.
"Jermaine will talk about things that happened during their time in the game, including players sleeping with other players wives and the girlfriends. "
Jermaine hit the headlines after his bombshell confessions in his new book last week.
He stunned the world after making a shocking confession about Ashley Cole and Cheryl and said once Ashley locked himself and Cheryl in his flat when his girlfriend returned home unexpectedly.
He also revealed that he and Ashley once 'hi-fived over a girl's back' during a threesome.
