Jeremy Kyle guest accused of cheating actually used condoms as water balloons

Note: This article contains discussion of animal cruelty, which some readers may find upsetting.

Some people think it’s exploitative and some people think it’s genius, but we just think The Jeremy Kyle Show has a gift – a gift of exposing all that’s weird and wonderful about the human race.

(And literally everything else in between.)

But just when we thought we’d seen it all, a young couple appeared on a recent episode of the popular talk(?) show to prove us wrong. Enter Tyla and Chelsea.

Tyla and Chelsea recently sought Jeremy’s shouty expertise – and Graham’s more legitimate expertise – to work through the issue of trust in their relationship.

When Chelsea discovered condom wrappers in Tyla’s pockets, the young mum thought he had been cheating on her and marched him to the Jeremy Kyle Show for answers.

Instead of using condoms for their intended purpose, however, Tyla claimed he had instead been using them as water balloons. “I lobbed them at cats,” he insisted.

And reader, he was telling the truth.

Fortunately, all’s well that ends well, as Jeremy Kyle told a stunned Chelsea that her boyfriend “is what he is”. Who needs relationship counselling, eh?

Reassuring his partner further, a triumphant Tyla added: “I’m not being funny, yeah. I wouldn’t cheat on you, Chelsea… I’d just long you off.”

Elsewhere in Jeremy Kyle’s parallel universe, the presenter recently proclaimed on Good Morning Britain that he did “the best ironing” he had ever seen.

“I love ironing, there’s no woman I’ve ever met who can iron better than me,” he told co-host Kate Garraway, before challenging Alex Beresford to an ironing competition.

We’re gonna need to get the lie detector in for that one.
