Jacqueline Jossa shows off post-baby body in a bikini six weeks after giving birth

The former EastEnders actress looked in great shape as she posed in a bikini on Instagram yesterday.

Jacqueline revealed her post-baby body in a halterneck bikini as she snapped a mirror selfie during a weekend away.

She was enjoying a hen do at a spa with some friends and the actress shared details of the trip on her social media pages.

In the updates, she shared snaps of the group all dressed in silk pyjamas and playing with balloons with the bride-to-be.

The former soap star welcomed her second daughter Mia with estranged husband Dan Osborne in June.

Her revealing selfie comes shortly after she hit back at trolls who claim she is pressuring herself into losing weight after giving birth to her second baby.

The former EastEnders actress took to Instagram in the early hours of Saturday morning to rant about the messages.

She told fans: "I am so sick of people feeling like they can comment on pictures of my kids and tell me I'm doing something wrong parenting-wise.

"I don't get why people do that, it's just nasty…

"People say 'don't put pictures of your kids up,' but no, I'm putting pics up of my kids and my life.

"I shouldn't not be able to, just because people want to comment dumb stuff on it. Just go away."

The 25-year-old star urged followers: "Just be nice. Comment that it's a nice picture or don't put a comment if you don't like it.

"Or say it to your mate that you're with – oh, wait, you don't have any friends!"

Jacqueline has been sharing her fitness journey with fans as she tones up following the birth of daughter Mia.

But some of her followers felt like she was rushing into her intense regime.

Jacqueline hit back: "There shouldn't be anything wrong with trying to get in-shape after having a baby and wanting to do it at the same time as being a mum.

"You can do both and I'm trying to do both, but yes, the struggle is real.

She then shared a caption: "We should be building each other up, not tearing each other down. I should be able to be the best mum in the world and should be allowed to look good doing it.

"We as women can do both!! Love yourselves and your babies."

Jacqueline added that parents "shouldn't feel ashamed" to live a "healthier" lifestyle and to share that on social media channels.
