Is Victoria Barton pregnant in Emmerdale?
We don’t know yet. But Vic definitely thinks she could be as she buys a pregnancy test and calls Ellis Fletcher, telling them they need to talk.
Emmerdale fans know that Victoria – who is played by Isabel Hodgins in the ITV soap – has been desperate for a baby while she was with her estranged husband Adam Barton.
The couple desperately tried to conceive and were left heartbroken when it turned out that Adam wasn’t producing sperm and couldn’t father a child.
Later they considered adoption but Victoria’s baby dreams were thwarted again when Adam confessed to killing Emma Barton and went on the run, leaving her behind in the village.
If Victoria <is>pregnant she will probably be delighted after having craved a baby for so long.
If the test turns out to be negative Victoria probably won’t take the news very well as it will remind her of all the failed attempts with Adam.
It could even be possible that Victoria planned to get pregnant on purpose.
Who is the father if Victoria Barton is pregnant?
Victoria is currently dating village newcomer Ellis Fletcher, the son of Marlon Dingle’s new wife Jessie.
Ellis and Victoria have been dating for a few months but they said they would keep things casual after Victoria’s heart was badly broken when she discovered Adam had met someone on the run and moved on.
Victoria had a few snogs and battled with her feelings for Adam’s brother Matty, but her feelings were forgotten when she discovered it was their mum Moira who killed Emma Barton, not Adam.
She vowed to find him and join him on the run, even hiring a private investigator to search.
But Adam’s best friend Aaron Dingle told her Adam had moved on, leaving Vic devastated.
