The 20-year-old model hit the headlines after it was revealed she's dating Cheryl's ex-boyfriend.
The One Direction star was recently spotted holding hands and kissing the wannabe tourist at posh hotel Villa D'Este in Lake Como, Italy.
But she met Liam, 24, in Cannes earlier this year, and that was just one of many vacations for the Californian girl.
She's been to Italy, London, Turkey, Greece, and Australia in as many months and most recently sunbathed in Saint Tropez in the South of France.
Cairo loves to boast about her escapades online and just last week she joked on Instagram: "In a serious relationship with the French Riviera" as rumours of her romance with Liam exploded.
The long-legged beauty is still in Italy, having shared photos of herself in Forte dei Marmi on Thursday.
Keeping in line with her travelling lifestyle, she captioned a photo of herself in a black bikini: "So @chloegrounds and I are basic tourists."
Cairo has also built up an impressive Instagram following thanks to her travels and relationship with Liam, and currently has over 43,000 followers @cairo_dwek.
She parties in the world's biggest celebrity hot spots including Chateau Marmomt, Icebergs, and Annabels in Los Angeles.
And she met Liam in a French nightclub earlier this year with an onlooker revealing to The Mirror that the pair were “flirting” with each one in Cannes.
The duo first met at the Medusa restaurant and cabaret club, before Liam quickly moved to follow her on Instagram as well as liked a number of her pictures.
In a video taken from the night out, Liam can be seen dancing while Cairo stands behind him.

It's believed Cheryl, 35, and Liam split because of their hectic careers – and Liam's burgeoning efforts as a solo artist – had come between the pair.
The couple reportedly made the decision to split two weeks before they made their announcement and the One Direction heartthrob moved out of the £5million mansion they shared in Surrey.
In a statement, they said: "We are sad to announce that we are going our separate ways.
"It's been a tough decision for us to make.
“We still have so much love for each other as a family. Bear is our world and we ask that you respect his privacy as we navigate our way through this together."
