Lisa, who turned 42 just days after her divorce, was cheered up by close pals following a terrible year.
They made her smile with the butler plus special cupcakes that had “we f***ing love you” iced on top.
The 20 guests included Janette Manrara and Aljaž Skorjanec — dancers on Strictly Come Dancing where make-up artist Lisa works.
A source said: “It’s not been an easy year for Lisa but this party came at the right time.
“Her friends clubbed together to make it a special night. The butler was a cheeky addition.”
Lisa hosted Thursday night’s bash at her £6million home in Chiswick, West London, which she once shared with I’m A Celebrity presenter Ant, 42.
Pals posed with the naked butler and shared snaps on Instagram.The next day Lisa wore a US flag cardigan to get her hair done.She and Ant were granted a decree nisi on October 16.
But they remain at war over several issues including how much he is worth.
He is dating their former personal assistant Anne-Marie Corbett, 42.
Last week Lisa defied a legal warning revealed by The Sun on Sunday to stop liking tweets criticising Ant and his new love.
