The actor lives in Manchester with family, including wife Caroline, son Teddy and daughter Elsie-Rose.
The former Emmerdale actor, 30, often shares photos of his gorgeous home, which features a grand piano and real wood flooring.
Taking to Instagram the star revealed the piano was a wedding present from his brothers, Ryan and Scott Thomas.
He said: "Thank you boys for the best wedding present ever !! I might not be able to play but I can promise you this my kids will."
Posing in the hallway of their home, Adam and wife Caroline stand next to a huge mirror, which shows stark white staircase and light wooden flooring.
Showing off his brand new decking, Adam's fans were quick to show their appreciation.
One wrote: "Looks beautiful"
While another added: "Looks fantastic! Enjoy your new garden."
The family love the outdoors and even have an outdoor cinema where they can watch films in the late afternoon summer sun.
Taking the sofa and table outside, it created the perfect setting for watching some of their favourite movies.
Adam revealed on Instagram that in order to avoid being in the dog house with his wife Caroline, he'd ordered a huge box of flowers.
Sitting in the plush velvet-backed bed, his partner of over 10 years looked comfy in amongst the many pillows and sequin cushions.
Next to the bed sits a French-style cabinet with a delicate lamp to add some light to the room.
Making sure every room has its own touches, Adam revealed his son Teddy's room had a teepee where he could read to his cuddly toys.
Snuggled up in bed the five-year-old looked adorable under a star-print cover with pom-pom details.
Adam wrote next to the cute pic: "As a parent this must be one of the nicest moments before going to bed knowing that your child is safe and sound tucked up in bed fast a sleep… I don’t take this father hood for granted not one bit so lucky to have been blessed with two adorable beautiful children… if there’s one thing I’ll alway be its a good father [sic]"
