Danny Miller is currently doing double time on our screens as the actor stars in the latest series of I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here while tying up his run in ITV soap Emmerdale.
Fans of the show know that his character Aaron Dingle is due to bow out of the show, but what they might not have seen coming is his onscreen partner Ben Tucker's exit – which aired tonight.
Viewers were left screaming at their televisions when good-hearted Ben Tucker rushed back into the Hop to help an unconscious Meena Jutla (Paige Sandhu) after his near escape with the evidence needed to bring her down.
Unsurprisingly, Meena came out on top after she bludgeoned Ben to death with an oar.
Emmerdale bosses have now released new first-look images of Friday's episode (26 November) which show Aaron looking heartbroken as he catches a glimpse Ben's lifeless body in the forensics tent.
He arrives at the Hop to a worrying amount of police presence and promptly breaks down in tears at the sight of his battered and bloodied partner.
Before the tragedy, Aaron had set his sights on supporting Ben's move to Cornwall with the pair desperate to get away from the baggage of Emmerdale.

However, in true soap fashion, their happy ending wasn't to be.
Prior to tonight's dramatic twist, Simon actually teased that Ben's good nature would be "tested" during an appearance on Lorraine.
Ben is the latest victim of serial killer Meena. So far she's murdered Leanna Cavanagh (Mimi Slinger) and Andrea Tate (Anna Nightingale) as well as two more people before arriving at the village.
Safe to say it looks like Meena's secret reign of terror shows no signs of letting up.

The stage is now set for Danny to make his big exit in the coming episodes. Clearly heartbroken over Ben and sick to death of his sister Liv Flaherty (Isobel Steele), there's little left in the village for him now.
Over on I'm A Celebrity, Danny is proving to be a popular contestant amongst viewers despite having a rough ride with the trials.
