How Strictly’s Craig Revel Horwood ‘celebrated’ Seann and Katya’s depature

Strictly Come Dancing judge Craig Revel Horwood "celebrated" the departure of Seann Walsh and Katya Jones "with champagne in the green room" after the kissgate couple got the boot from the show on Sunday.

Viewers were shocked as Seann seemed to "storm off" the show after getting the boot, despite having survived for two weeks after they were caught snogging in the street after a boozy night out .

But Saturday night’s Halloween-themed Viennese Waltz failed to make the impression they were hoping for , and they lost in the dance-off to former cricketer Graeme Swann and Oti Mabuse.

And while Seann may not have been impressed by his send off, it turns out judge Craig was ecstatic as an insider told The Sun that he celebrated their departure.

The source said: "Craig was heard saying, ‘The terrible two are out, good riddance’"

The couple’s naughty snog led to Seann’s girlfriend, Rebecca Humphries, publicly shaming his "controlling" behaviour and dumping him in a lengthy Twitter statement.

But despite the storm which has come from Seann and Katya’s dancing experience, he insisted being on Strictly was "the best experience of his life."

He said: "I’m gutted that I didn’t get to live up to what Katya set out. She’s such an amazing choreographer, the concepts she comes up with.

"I feel like we were just a week or so away from me nailing something absolutely spectacular that she would have come up with."

Katya then thanked Seann for his "commitment every single day," and expressed her pride at how much he has improved over his time on the show.

Viewers claimed Seann did not seem happy at the end of the result’s show, mouthing the word "b*****ks" in front of the studio audience as he walked off the stage.

MirrorOnline have contacted Strictly Come Dancing for comment.
