Hollyoaks‘ Sinead O’Connor will be drawn into Ste Hay’s bitter feud against Misbah Maalik next week.
Ste (Kieron Richardson) is currently pursuing manslaughter charges against Misbah, adamant that she was to blame for Tegan’s death.
Tegan (Jessica Ellis) was killed when a tree fell on her during the show’s deadly storm storyline last month.
Although Misbah desperately tried to save Tegan by giving her an emergency procedure at the scene, it sadly made her condition worse and she later passed away in hospital.

With a grief-stricken Ste still blaming Misbah for his sister’s untimely demise, his anger is further fuelled when he gets an update on the case.
Ste is furious to learn that there isn’t enough evidence to support the manslaughter charges against Misbah, prompting him to later lash out at her during Tegan’s wake.
Determined to get revenge on Misbah regardless, Ste spots a new opportunity after learning that Sinead has landed a job at the local hospital.
Using Sinead’s position to his advantage, Ste begs her to sneak a bottle of gin into Misbahs’ office to set her up. But will Sinead go through with it? And what will it mean for Misbah if she does?
