The 26-year-old joined the subscription based site early on in her career and said girls like her can make a killing by sharing raunchy content.
The site claims to allow 'influencers' to make cash by posting photos and videos to their subscribers, who can also tip.
Holly told Daily Star: "Honestly, when I first signed up to it I made thousands in a day – it was mental.
"It was crazy. You can tip on it but it depends what you are going to do."
"I was always aware about what I was putting out there as people are always going to screenshot and leak it.
"Anything I posted I was always happy about it getting out there in the press."
The former Geordie Shore star shocked fans last month by sharing pictures of her blood-crusted face after having a CO2 laser facial.
Holly revealed she was going to hide away for 10 days while her face healed, but she couldn't resist posting a snap of her progress this evening.
Before sharing the picture, she posted a warning on a black background which said: "Warning. Graphic content of my face peel coming next!"
Holly then posted the snap, which showed her face covered in bright red angry blisters, but thankfully the initial swelling appeared to have gone down.
She also posted some videos from her nose down to tell her fans how she was feeling.
She said: "So as you can see from that picture, my eye swelling has completely gone down. Obviously, I still look a bit like a monster but it is improving and the fact it's only day three just makes me feel really positive.
"I feel really good today, no pain whatsoever it's just a bit annoying having to wash the crusty bits off and stuff which is a bit minging.
"Apart from that everything is fabulous and I'm just so, so excited for the next couple of days of recovery and can't wait to see the final results now.
Holly had previously told fans it was a "really invasive treatment" as she refused to show her full face.
