The chef, 42, left hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield in shock when he revealed his pal, 51, would wake him up by hitting him with his penis, during filming for their new travel series.
The TV personality was promoting their new show with Fred Siriex – Gordon, Gino and Fred's Road Trip – when he made the bizarre confession.
The series sees the trio travel to their home lands of Italy, France and Scotland in a caravan, to show each other the food of their native countries.
When asked how the sleeping arrangements were in the caravan, Gino admitted: "Awful, because I had to sleep with Gordon.
"And he's a big boy… in every way," before raising his eyebrow suggestively.
Holly, who was trying not to giggle, scolded him: "I don't need to know!", before addressing that he had been the one to strip naked in the show's trailer.
Laughing however, Gino went on: "Yes, they tricked me there. But we used to get naked in the caravan.
"And Gordon had this thing in the morning where he would wake me up by bashing his willy on my foot!"
The hosts immediately erupted into hysterics, while the chef continued: "Every morning it was like "Boop boop wakey wakey!" And I was like, "Are you serious!". So we saw the willy quite a lot."
Not stopping there, Gino went on to make the hosts laugh by mocking Holly's outfit later on, and comparing it to a Star Wars costume.
The chefs' new show hits ITV tonight, and the Italian admitted it had been great fun – although often riotous – to film with his close friends.
He said: "We just said, why don't we do something that's personal to us. So I took them to where I was born in Italy, and we went round on Vespas… it was very chaotic!"
