The 18-year-old from Norwich is convinced that a ghost is tormenting him and his housemates – blaming the ghoul for his clumsy behaviour.
Speaking in the bedroom, Cameron was clearly anxious as he explained: "I wish I was joking, I genuinely do, I didn't come here and hope to be haunted.
"You see it, and you get an image, but it's dark.
"Then I scan the beds really quickly just to make sure it's nobody [else] but by the time I do that and look back it's gone."
The teen went on to insist that the ghost looks like fellow housemate Lewis Flanagan.
Cameron also blamed the ghost for his mug falling to the ground and eggs falling out of the fridge, telling his stunned housemates: "All these clumsy things that I am doing; I am not a clumsy person!"
Although dubious at first, Cameron was supported by the other contestants – who seemed scared by his testimony.
Kenaley Amos-Sissons, 24, confessed that how much Cameron believes that the house is haunted has made her think that it might be, whilst 31-year-old Tomasz Wania exclaimed: "Oh my God, God, why? Why did you send spirits here?"
However, 23-year-old Isaac Jagroop seemed less convinced, joking that Cameron had accidentally summoned a spirit to the house by constantly talking about them.
This isn't the first time that Cameron has claimed to see a spirit in the Big Brother house.
Last week he told his housemate Zoe Jones that he had seen a spirit multiple times.
He shared: "I think I've seen a ghost in here. Seriously.
"I was sitting here in bed, and I opened my eyes and obviously it was dark, but I thought Lewis was standing there. Then I looked down, and Lewis was still in bed."
Leaving Zoe open-mouthed, he continued: "Seriously! It's round in that corner. There's a f***ing person and then I look and it's gone.
"But I've done it about three or four times now.
"There's a ghost in here. I think the house is haunted. If I'm here for Halloween… I'm going to be a wreck!"
Previously, former Celebrity Big Brother housemate Gemma Collins claimed that she saw a ghost in the reality TV home during her 2016 stint on the show.
Demanding to be let out, Gemma was also convinced that she had seen a spirit in the bedroom, shouting: "I’ve just seen something really f***ing scary in the mirror.
"Oh my God, Open that door now! Open the door! No f*** this! I’m out here, get that fire exit door I’m off."
