The punk legend, 62, appeared to have gained some weight compared to pictures taken of him just a few months ago.
The star, who used to be known as Johnny Rotten, now performs with rock band PiL.
A music source said: “John’s weight fluctuates quite a lot. He’s having a gruelling time on the road with PiL, touring and promoting. It’s harder for him to maintain a steady diet and exercise plan.”
