First look at new I’m A Celebrity camp reveals terrifying stone tombs, exhilarating zip lines and brand new house of horrors for Bushtucker trials

Preparations are well under way for the new batch of celebrities, and aerial shots exclusive to The Sun Online reveal construction work on a range of new elements to test the famous faces.

Any stars scared of heights will be hoping they don't get voted to go on the terrifying zip line, while anyone afraid of enclosed spaces will not like the look of large stone tombs which have been erected in another part of the jungle.

Show bosses have also decided to change up the house of horrors, with a new set awaiting the 2018 cast.

The production team will be working around the clock to get the sets ready for action, after the start date was 'confirmed' for November 18.

A source told The Mirror the jungle antics will begin just over two weeks from now, which coincides with the 2017 start date, which was Sunday, November 19.

Declan Donnelly will be back once more with Holly Willoughby co-hosting for the first time after Ant McPartlin pulled out of his TV commitments to focus on his health and post-rehab recovery.

However, an ITV spokesperson told The Sun Online an official start date hasn't been confirmed yet and will be announced in around a week's time.

Stars tipped to take part in this year's show include Made In Chelsea's Jamie Laing, actress Emily Atack, Love Island's Olivia Attwood and Loose Women's Coleen Nolan.

One person who won't be taking part is Katie Price's ex-husband Kieran Hayler.

The Sun Online exclusively revealed today the reality TV star's ex has quit the upcoming ITV show to focus his attention on Bunny and Jett.

But he hopes to appear in the jungle in 2019 when he's able to lift the lid on his relationship with mum-of-five Katie.

“Kieran’s not going into the jungle now," a source told us.

"He was in talks but right now he’s got too much on – with Katie’s life in chaos, he wants to be around to look after Bunny and Jett.

“He’s created a stable home environment and needs to be there for the children in case Katie gets arrested again or goes back into rehab. It’s not the right time for him to fly to Australia."
