The pair hit the town together after the Animal Hero Awards to continue the party.
They were both guests at the annual prizegiving, which was held at the swanky Grosvenor House venue in the capital.
However, they decided to keep the party going after the event ended by jumping into a taxi together and heading to a nearby club.
Ferne, 28, and Megan, 24, were snapped laughing together in the cab, with the Love Island star stroking her friend's leg affectionately.
They were off to Reign night club and they both looked uber-glam for their wild night out.
At the awards, show they were joined by plenty of Megan's Love Island pals, including Laura Anderson, who went solo without her man Paul Knops.
Other Islanders at the bash included Rosie Williams, last year's winner Amber Davies and her cast mate Chris Hughes.
Ferne's mates at the awards show included fellow Towie stars Pete Wicks and Mario Falcone.
The boys were snapped leaving the bash together along with EastEnders' Dean Gaffney.
They were pictured having a good laugh together in cab on the way home.
