The Italian dancer, 28, was seen feeding the married Steps star as she celebrated her 43rd birthday in London on Wednesday.
Mick shared a selfie in which he had rice stuck to his face. He pointed at the leftovers, and captioned his photo: "Where’s @pernicegiovann1 when you need him? Help me out"
Though it was obviously a joke, Mick wasn't laughing in the snap.
He wore a baseball cap and hoodie and fixed a serious stare.
At the time of writing, Giovanni and Faye had yet to comment on Instagram.
Faye – who's been married to IT guru Mick for nine years – seemed to be enjoying her intimate meal with Giovanni on Wednesday.
The hunky Italian was keen to make it an extra special day for Faye – after he fed her from a spoon and cupped her cheek, he ordered the singer a cake with a candle, followed by a glass of wine.
Proving he's the perfect gentleman, Gio even footed the bill at the end of their meal.
Giovanni recently hit back at claims that he was enjoying a secret romance with his married celebrity partner.
The pair hit the headlines when former professional dancer Gleb Savchenko told The Sun that everyone on Strictly is cheating – and hinted that Giovanni and Faye "could have hooked up".
Despite Faye's happy relationship, Gleb hinted that something was going on between her and the currently single Giovanni.
He said: "We’ve seen Seann and Katya making out outside a bar and if you asked me if I think people like Giovanni and his partner or any of the others are making out when no one is seeing it, I cannot answer that question. It could well be happening. They may have hooked up even before Seann and Katya."
The comments came amid the Seann Walsh and Katya Jones cheating scandal – with the two stars being pictured kissing just weeks after being partnered up on the dance show.
Giovanni hit back at Gleb’s claims, branding them "rubbish". He told us: "This is total and utter nonsense! No one has any idea why Gleb is saying stuff like this. It's utter rubbish."
Giovanni previously dated Georgia May Foote, who he met on the BBC One dance show.
He was said to be dating Ashley Roberts, after they "really hit it off" – although Gio has dismissed the claims.
