Emmerdale village rocked by an unexpected arrival – who is it?

Emmerdale fans were delighted when Mandy Dingle (played by Lisa Riley) turned up last year, and following a brief appearance she has stuck around for good with son Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johnson) in tow. It wasn’t long before she settled back into village life and has since become somewhat a nuisance to several members of the Dingle clan. Nevertheless, with a heart of gold, she means well and in upcoming scenes she takes it upon herself to organise Sam Dingle (James Hooton) and Lydia Hart’s (Karen Black) stag and hen do’s. But after an awkward mix-up and one too many shots, Mandy is faced with an unexpected arrival.

During scenes which aired last night, Mandy claimed the job of planning farmer Sam and his fiancee’s last night of freedom.

And while she has the best intentions, official soap spoilers have revealed the evening’s celebrations go horribly wrong.

Taking charge, Mandy decides the best way to celebrate Lydia’s last night of being a single woman is to have a pamper session with all her close friends and family members up.

But in true Mandy style, she has a surprise up her sleeve in the form of a very hunky male stripper.

As for what Sam has planned, the part-time beautician and barmaid has organised a very sophisticated whiskey tasting session up at Wishing Well cottage.

However, it isn’t long before Mandy realises the mistake she has made – she has mixed up the events and instead of face masks and massages, Lydia is necking back shots, and Sam is left uncomfortable and shocked when the male entertainer knocks at his door.

Nevertheless, the ladies certainly make the most of the mishap, and it isn’t long before Lydia is begging everyone to go into Hotton and continue the night.

After a fleet of taxi’s are called to whisk the ladies off to a nearby club, but due to their rowdy behaviour, they are soon abandoned at the side of a road.

Typical Mandy is hollering at the driver and a very tipsy Lydia ends up stumbling off.

In absolute horror, Mandy has only gone and lost the bride-to-be and while she tries to look for her, Mandy ends up tangle in the undergrowth.

After some time, Mandy will finally emerge, but Lydia and the others are nowhere to be seen.

As dawn rises, Many’s phone rings and she will be told Lydia has made it home safely, but she is still stranded.

Luckily, the road is rather busy and it won’t be long until a car passes her.

After commandeering a ride from the vehicle to get home and ready for the wedding that day, Many is dumbstruck when she comes face to face with Paul (Reece Dinsdale) behind the wheel.

It has been many years since Mandy laid eyes on Paul – Vinny’s father.

After trying to convince him she doesn’t know the whereabouts of their son, Paul is unconvinced by her story.
