EMMERDALE serial killer Meena Jutla will take her sister Manpreet Sharma captive in horrifying scenes this Christmas.
The nurse – who is played by actress Paige Sandhu in the ITV soap – will have her killings discovered by her sister Manpreet and take action to stop her exposing them.
New spoiler pictures show Manpreet shackled to a bed as Meena controls her.
Actress Rebecca Sarker – who plays Manpreet – explained, “Meena is capable of anything – I get asked, ‘Is she capable of killing her sister?’
“They do love each other, so Meena is capable of anything, let’s be clear, and I can exclusively reveal that Manpreet is definitely in danger because she just gets too close to the truth.”
But with Manpreet tied to a bed with Meena looking on and controlling her every move, actress Rebecca Sarker has teased the danger Manpreet is in.
“Is Manpreet alright?” asked a concerned Andi on Lorraine today.
“No, she’s not, “ said Rebecca.
“Meena, bless her, she makes Kathy Bates in Misery look like Florence Nightingale.
“It’s an absolute disaster for Manpreet. She’s taken hostage, she’s kidnapped, and she’s put in some very odd positions.

Gushing about co-star Paige Sandhu, Rebecca added: “She’s committed to the role.
