Viewers were left reeling by her dismissal from hospital after just one day despite being mowed down by her killer boyfriend.
Fans took to Twitter to mock the unlikely timeline of Belle's hospital release.
One wrote "Oh Belle what a recovery" while another questioned "Out of the hospital after one day? Must be the NHS cuts."
Users shared memes airing their disbelief, one captioned a gif: "She got hit by a car, pretty much died for a bit…. but she's well enough to come out of the hospital today."

One user joked that she must have "just come home from a trip to Waitrose."
And others mused how it might be if recovery was that speedy in real life: "Wow how is it in soap land they have such quick recoveries. If only that happened in real life."
Belle's alarmingly speedy dismissal from hospital comes after fans were left shocked by the unexpected twist at last night's episode.
Belle, who’d managed to escape from Lachlan White, was run over by Robert Sugden and Ross Barton and was left fighting for her life in hospital.
The pair had been racing along a road trying to find Belle, how had been kidnapped by the twisted killer.
As she legged it over the road, they motored straight into the terrified teenager.
While Belle was rushed to hospital, Lachlan was finally arrested by police.
As he begged for the officers to give him details about Belle, he revealed he hadn’t finished his reign of terror.
When they asked him what he wanted, he hinted he would tell them the whereabouts of his missing sister if they gave him information about Belle’s condition.
He sneered: “You’ll never find her. Not unless you give me what I want…”
As the officer asked him what he meant, Lachlan added: “Oh really, you’ve not figured it out, she’s blonde and she’s not in Wales.
“Belle for Rebecca. You take it or leave it.”
And on tonight's episode Lachlan – now under police arrest – still refused to share any details on Rebecca's whereabouts until he'd seen Belle.
Though after some deliberation Belle went to the police station she ran away the moment she laid eyes on her killer boyfriend.
