EMMERDALE viewers all have the same complaint about Caleb Milligan's attempted murder investigation.
DS Raveley (Shakil Hussain) and DC Croft (Levi Heaton) were enlisted to find the person who pushed Caleb off the edge of a cliff – but fans have questioned their unrealistic methods.
The detectives have their work cut out for them as there are many suspects with motives for wanting to get rid of Caleb.
Cain Dingle, Leyla Harding, Will Taylor, Mackenzie Boyd and Chloe Harris were all questioned about their whereabouts when Caleb was attacked in Monday's episode.
But viewers were more concerned about the detectives questioning Cain by the coffee machine in the hospital and Leyla in The Woolpack with drinkers within earshot.
Taking to Twitter, one viewer said: "Of course it's normal to question someone in the local pub. FFS."

He told residents exactly what he thought of them in a tense confrontation in The Woolpack pub.

But which one of them was driven to violence?
Mack was the only suspect with an alibi that didn't add up.
This was because Mack told to the police that Caleb slept with his ex-wife Charity and he did have an altercation with him the day before his accident.
But he clarified that he went to his girlfriend Chloe's old house after he left the pub on the night Caleb was attacked.
With certainty, he said he was there all night and that Chloe could prove this.
However, Chloe's story didn't match Mack's which led to him being arrested for Caleb's attempted murder, leaving both Chloe and Mack stunned.
Was Mack behind Caleb's attack or do they have the wrong guy?
