Emily's manager and little sis Martha reckons Emily has enjoyed her digital detox in the jungle and been able to find herself again after breaking up with long-term boyfriend Jack Vacher, 23.
Martha said: "Emily started off the year lost and she's ending it confident and happy.
"I think the jungle has been amazing for her confidence and helped her find herself again.
"We're all so proud of her.
"It's great to see her make-up free and having a laugh, she's like a kid again."
Martha reckons Emily has been a great at promoting a healthy body image on TV too, showing off her size ten physique.
She said: "Emily has 100 per cent embraced her curves. She’s never been a diet or gym obsessed girl but she’s always been conscious of being 'curvy' as actresses are so often tiny.
"She used to tell me she would be the biggest girl at a casting and she was only a size ten.
"I think going through her twenties she’s totally embracing herself more. I think the jungle has done that."
Despite rumours of a romance between ex-campmate Nick Knowles, 56, and Emily, Martha insists he is way too old.
Referring to the scene when Nick stripped to his red Speedos in front of Emily she said: "We all screamed when she addressed the elephant in the room.
"We were all thinking it. We love Nick. Those little red shorts will go down history, it’s a bit like Baywatch.
"Nick seems really lovely and he’s definitely dishy, but he’s not Emily’s type I’m afraid. I can tell from watching her that she sees him more as a fatherly character around the camp.
"In fact, he’s actually about the same age as our dad, I think, so she definitely wouldn’t fall for him. There’s absolutely no chance of a romance there."
