The Beverly Hills Cop star, 57, and the 39-year-old model welcomed their second child together on Friday.
The happy couple – who announced they were engaged in September – called the little boy Max Charles Murphy.
A rep for the Hollywood actor – who now has ten children by five different women – said: "Both mother and son are doing well."
They already have daughter Izzy Oona Murphy, who was born in 2016 and have been dating since 2012.
Announcing the pregnancy a spokesman told PEOPLE: “Eddie Murphy and longtime girlfriend Paige Butcher are pleased to announce that they are expecting their second child in December.”
Daddy Day Care actor Eddie already has Bria, 28, Miles, 25, Shayne, 23, Zola, 18, and Bella, 16, with ex-wife Nicole Murphy, who he split from in 2006 after 22 years of marriage.
He also has a daughter with former Spice Girl Mel B, 43, who this week revealed he was the love of her life.
But the singer says she was “spectacularly dumped” after leaving him for a few days to think about their relationship.
Eddie also has 29-year-old son Eric, with Paulette McNeely, as well as a son Christian, 27, with Tamara Hood.
He opened up about his offspring and said he "got lucky" with his kids.
According to PEOPLE, he said: "There really isn’t a bad one in the bunch, everyone turned out to be really good people."
But he admitted they're not like him at all.
He said: "You know what is funny? None of my kids are like me, and I’m sure parents say this all of the time, they are all totally different from each other.
"None of them are chips off the old block. They all have their own thing, they’re good kids."
However, he previously said his kids are the "brightest part" of his life.
He told Entertainment Tonight in 2016: "The brightest part of my life is my kids. "My world revolves around them — even the old, grey bald ones."
Eddie won't be worrying about how to fund his growing flock, as his films have grossed an incredible $6.6billion worldwide.
This has resulted in a serious chunk of change for the star.
Eddie's current net worth is estimated to be around $85million (£60million).
