EastEnders: Chelsea Fox takes a mysterious call about a ‘load’
Chelsea (played by Zaarah Abrahams) has been nothing but loyal to her father Lucas (Don Gilbert) since the pair rocked back up on EastEnders on Christmas Day. Their allegiance has put a huge strain on Denise Fox’s (Diane Parish) relationship with her daughter as she cannot quite understand why the returning character is standing by a so-called reformed serial killer. However, following Friday’s edition of the BBC soap, fans are convinced the young woman is actually a double agent working for the police.
Following an assault on Lucas a couple of weeks ago and a mysterious phone call Chelsea made recently, viewers have been wondering whether she is on her father’s side.
Their suspicions were spiked when in the most recent episode of the weeknight serial drama, she was seen talking to another unknown character away from prying ears.
Once again on the phone, Lucas’ daughter said: “It seems like everyone is obsessed with me these days,” before an unknown character began to talk.
“The load needs to be moved now, so stop trying to hide and get it done,” the male voice told the worried resident.
“I’ve told you I’ve got someone to carry them. Because of your tantrums, his face is still messed up,” she replied.

As the conversation continued, the male voice told Chelsea the flight that the load needed to be on was leaving soon.
“Airport security will fly at the chance to target a man with bruises,” Chelsea explained as she seemed to be extending the deadline for some sort of deal.
After the male voice told her she had another three weeks to get things moving, Lucas’ daughter agreed to the new terms.
“And not one day later,” the unknown character screamed down the phone as it seemed the young woman had just settled a drugs bust.
Chelsea can sure act for a double agent
If it emerges Chelsea is part of a drugs ring, it could be she is acting as an undercover police officer hoping to bring the operation down.
However, wanting revenge on her father Lucas for all the bad things he has done in the past, she could have offered him up to the criminals as a pawn.
With the serial killer likely to be the character carrying a package of drugs onto a flight, she could then call on her colleagues to arrest him.
This would mean the mass murderer would make yet another exit as he is put behind bars for life for breaking the conditions of his reformation programme.

It’s yet to be revealed whether Chelsea is an undercover police officer but viewers are theorising this could be the case.
Taking to Twitter, one fan wrote: “Chelsea can sure act for a double agent. Very convincing act indeed #EastEnders.”
Another posted: “Chelsea is dubious, to say the least. Setting up her own dad to take a beating was just the beginning #EastEnders.”
Whilst a third commented: “Oh My God, Is Chelsea working with DI Steve Thompson (Philip Wright)? #Eastenders.”
“I know it won’t be the last we see of him but imagine if this was actually Lucas’s exit #EastEnders,” a fourth remarked.
Speaking about the character’s return to the Square, the actress who plays Chelsea, Zarah said: “She is wanting to forgive him for all that he’s done and she believes that he has changed. Whether he has or not – we shall see.
“I think Chelsea might have a few of her dad’s traits. They’re not the duo you expect,” the soap star added.
With this in mind, could the young woman be setting up her father for a big fall as she uses her manipulative qualities in her new profession?
EastEnders continues Monday at 8:05pm on BBC One.
