EastEnders‘ Honey Mitchell will find her new romance with Adam Bateman running into trouble already next week.
Honey (Emma Barton) has been swept off her feet by the new dentist, but upcoming scenes will see her plagued with doubts about whether their romance can go the distance.
As Honey pursues her relationship with Adam, she will find herself torn over Billy’s feelings and his determination to stop it going any further.
Still struggling to cope with the fact Honey is moving on, Billy will seize an opportunity to meddle in Honey’s love life – but to no avail.
Furious after realising what Billy has been up to, Honey insists that she isn’t going to let him spoil things for her.
In the wake of Honey’s firm words, a jealous Billy is forced to watch on as Adam gives Honey a book he bought her during his trip away.
Aware of how much Billy is hurting, Mel Owen later steps in and advises him to let Honey go – or risk getting hurt even further.
But despite Mel’s advice, Billy is unable to avoid interfering further when he finds Honey researching something on her laptop.
Opening up to Billy, Honey admits that the book Adam gave is about art and she’s worried he will think she’s stupid if she doesn’t understand it.
Putting aside his own feelings, Billy shares some kind words with Honey – prompting her to make a bold decision. Will she decide to cut ties with Adam or make a go of it after all?
EastEnders airs these scenes on Thursday, October 11 and Friday, October 12 on BBC One.
