EastEnders fans ‘rumble’ Christmas victim after spotting clue in dramatic scene

EastEnders fans are convinced they’ve figured out who will be killed off this Christmas after spotting a huge 'clue' relating to Keanu.

Thursday’s episode (December 7) saw dramatic scenes unfold after Phil Mitchell discovered Keanu and Karen Taylor had staged Albie’s kidnapping and stolen Phil’s £50k ransom money. Fans saw Phil burst into The Vic to confront them and was faced by a shocked Sharon and pub full of stunned punters.

In a stunning twist, Karen took the blame for the lie, despite Keanu being the instigator of the entire plot. A gobsmacked Keanu grasped at the opportunity to appear innocent, and was heard telling Phil: “I swear on my life I had nothing to do with it.”

Fans believe that comment was a clue that he'll end up dead as Phil would have likely wanted Keanu killed if he knew about the kidnapping, which Keanu blamed on Karen. They believe the mention of his "life" was eerie foreshadowing to his demise, and that Sharon will kill Keanu if she finds out he was behind the whole thing.

“I swear on my life possible foreshadowing to Christmas?” theorized one fan on X, formerly Twitter.

“So keanu swearing on his life had nothing to do with this means that was his dead body in the vic we saw when we had that look into the future a while back!! # EastEnders ” penned a second. Another predicted: “Sharon is going to kill Keanu on Christmas day when she finds out what he has done.”
