If you’re that kind of person who thinks Christmas can’t come soon enough and likes to get your house looking all sparkly and Santa Claus-y before Halloween has even happened, then you’re in luck.
A dedicated Christmas movie channel is coming in just a few days, and it’s going to show nothing but festive films from September until January.
The channel will be screening all your favourites, like The Three Gifts, Beverly Hills Christmas, Christmas Angel, Christmas Snow and Santa Jr.
OK, no-one ever said they were the most famous ones, but you never know, they may be surprisingly good, hidden gem type things.
At the very least, they’ll keep your grandmother fairly content for months while you go crazy with her credit card on the online shops (which, er, we don’t condone by the way).
If you’re intrigued, then we should probably tell you that the channel is called True Christmas, and it takes over the channel True Movies.
If you’ve got Sky you’ll find it on 321, Freesat users can find it on 302, Virgin viewers should go to 424, while Freeview has it listed as channel 62.
If you’re after some of the more well-known Christmas movies, then Digital Spy will be back with our annual guide slightly closer to the time. Hopefully one of the terrestrial channels will have nabbed the rights to Elf this time around.
Or Netflix. That’ll do too.
