Dec pays tribute to ‘darling brother’ after rushing to bedside in hospital

It seems Dec has potentially paid tribute to his best friend and TV partner Ant McPartlin by giving his son the middle name Anthony.

Little Jack's arrival will certainly be a "very welcome ray of light" to Dec, who is grieving the loss of his older brother, Father Dermott Donnelly.

The popular Catholic priest was suddenly taken ill earlier this month and admitted to the University Hospital of North Durham for urgent treatment but sadly passed away aged 55.

Dec dropped everything after being told his brother was "seriously ill" and was seen at the hospital fighting back tears with two priests.
