The Deal or No Deal star, 69, infuriated fans when he entered the jungle dressed as a Roman Emperor and it seems Rita, 41, felt the same.
She's not the only one who is a celeb on the edge, as Dec said: "John (Barrowman) has already started to crack, and Nick (Knowles) is biting his lip. Rita wasn’t happy yesterday down at the trial.
"It wasn’t in the show tonight but when we were filming the trial, Rita had a go didn’t she?
"Noel and Harry were kind of talking amongst themselves, and she went “weren’t you two listening?!”
"And we were like “woaah.”’
The TV star divided viewers as he took his role controlling the camp very seriously.
Earlier this week, The Sun's Bizarre column revealed that the presenter was being paid a £600,000 fee to enter the jungle.
Noel, 69, was introduced by hosts Holly Willoughby, 37, and Declan Donnelly, 43, to the rest of the camp mates.
However, instead of turning up in the usual camp garb, he was dressed as a Roman emperor.
The celebrities were then told that he would be in charge of them.
Those watching at home took to Twitter to slam the latest star to arrive in the jungle.
One wrote: "I can already feel that #NoelEdmonds is going to p**s me off whilst being in the camp #ImACeleb"
Another commented: "Noel Edmonds… Cringe Worthy! #imacelebrity #NoelEdmonds"
However, others seemed happy with his arrival, with one calling him "brilliant" and another revealing they were "already loving" him.
At the beginning of the episode the stars made their way to a giant jungle coliseum where they were met by Holly and Dec.
Welcoming them, Dec said: "All hail The Emperor.”
Noel then appeared on the show for the first time, and the camp mates were told he would be ruling them.
His first decision was to make Harry Redknapp, 71, his Personal Advisor.
It comes as John Barrowman's husband hinted that the Doctor Who actor will "clash" with new campmate Noel in the jungle.
TV veteran Noel was a late arrival to I'm A Celebrity and is set to ruffle feathers during his time in the jungle.

And ahead of his appearance in Croc Creek, John's other half Scott Gill said that the larger-than-life star will be irked by Noel's late arrival to the jungle as their leader and Emperor.
Speaking on Wednesday's spin-off series Extra Camp, Scott admitted that while no one has irritated John yet, Noel's appearance in camp may change that.
The British architect said: "Not yet. I think there may soon be.
"I don't know but I think he's really liking the balance of people in there, they're all meshing really well.
"When you throw something new into the mix it's always gonna stir, I don't know how he's gonna react to that."
