Oops! Darcey Bussell suffered a little bit of a wardrobe malfunction on tonight’s (September 29) Strictly Come Dancing after the judge accidentally flashed her knickers to the great British public as she sashayed to her seat.
After being called to the ballroom by hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman alongside her fellow judges Craig Revel Horwood, Bruno Tonioli and Shirley Ballas, the ballerina accidentally gave viewers a little more than they bargained for while swishing her dress around.
Darcey moved the skirt of her long blue dress from side to side, but accidentally ended up doing a little too much swishing which put her flesh coloured underwear on full display.
Though it was only a quick peek, it’s safe to say that Twitter noticed the slight wardrobe malfunction from the Dame.
Of course, this isn’t the first time a wardrobe malfunction has plagued the show (what do you expect with all that skimpy dancing attire?) though Scott Mills previously admitted that there’s actually someone who’s job is to stop viewers seeing more than they bargained for.
“There was a man just to check that my fly was not undone,” Scott, who appeared on series 12 in 2014, told The Mirror of his time on the show. “But imagine on your first show if your fly was undone, on the first dance.
“The make-up artist will do final checks a bit before you go down the stairs. Then a man was like, ‘Just checking your flies’.”
What a job!
Strictly Come Dancing airs on Saturday nights and will return for the results show tomorrow (September 30) at 7.15pm.
