Dancing On Ice finalist Faye Brookes has spoken of her joy after landing her dream roll.
The former Coronation Street actress, who will take to the ice in a bid to lift the ITV trophy, has revealed to fans how she's been cast in West End musical Chicago.
Faye will take on the lead roll of Roxie Hart – a roll previously played by the late Caroline Flack and Strictly Come Dancing winner Louise Redknapp.
Taking to Twitter, Faye wrote: "So it’s official…
"Thrilled to announce that I’ll be Playing my dream Role of Roxie Hart @chicagoonstage."
She went on to tag in the rest of the lead cast which includes So Macho singer Sinitta.
Replying in the comments section, Simon Cowell's BFF wrote: "I am looking forward to meeting you and working with you Rocking Roxie."
Earlier this week Faye took to Twitter to tease: "It’s an absolute dream role.
"The job I’ve always wanted has landed on this lucky girl’s lap."
On Sunday Faye will take on Colin Jackson and Sonny Jay in a bid to win Dancing On Ice 2021.
Last weekend Faye won over the heart of the nation after candidly opening up about her brother Jack's decade long leukaemia battle.
The brave starlet broke down in tears as she admitted she wished it was her who had been diagnosed with the illness and not her brother.
Faye dedicated her second skate to him.
She expand: "For my personal skate I am doing Simply The Best – covered by James Bay.
"My brother Jack got diagnosed with leukaemia when he was nine and I was 14.
"I will never forget when my mum came into my room and sat me down I and knew she was preparing me for the worst – that Jack might not make it."
She continued: "My whole world has been taken away from me in that split second and the first thing I thought was why hadn't that happens to me.

"I didn't want that for him. I didn't want him to suffer.
"He was in and out of hospital for nearly ten years but I am so lucky to say he did get through it.
"He is still by my side making me laugh."
Faye added: "He is my best friend he is not just my brother and I want everyone to know how proud I am of him."
