Coronation Street's Jenny Connor resorts to stalking in shock new Liz McDonald plot

Coronation Street‘s Jenny Connor secretly tracks Liz McDonald’s movements next week as she fears that her husband Johnny is cheating again.

Jenny (Sally Ann Matthews) was rocked last month when Johnny came clean over how he betrayed her with Liz while grieving for his son Aidan.

Although Jenny forgave Johnny (Richard Hawley) and has tried to put on a brave face ever since, it’s about to become clear that she’s masking her true feelings.

When Jenny spots Johnny and Liz (Beverley Callard) smiling at each other during a busy shift at The Rovers, she fears the worst and sneakily looks through Liz’s phone, checking whether there are any incriminating texts.

Even though Jenny finds nothing, she later goes a step further by secretly putting her love rival’s phone in water. When Liz frets that her mobile has stopped working, Jenny “kindly” hands over her old phone as a favour.

In reality, Jenny has found a way to track Liz’s movements via an app on the replacement phone, seeing this as her only way to make sure nothing is going on behind her back.

Jenny’s paranoia coincides with a stressful time at The Rovers, as Rita Tanner (Barbara Knox) moves in temporarily after suffering a nasty fall outside the pub.

Johnny quickly grows fed up with Rita’s presence and announces that he’s heading over to the Bistro for some peace and quiet.

When Jenny sees on her app that Liz is also at the Bistro, her suspicions are aroused and she rushes straight over there, but what will she find?

Coronation Street airs these scenes on Wednesday, November 28 at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on ITV.
