Coronation Street's David Platt takes drastic action against Josh Tucker next week

Coronation Street‘s David Platt could take revenge against Josh Tucker after seeing him back on the cobbles.

David (Jack P Shepherd) is furious to spot Josh hanging around on the Street next week, once again threatening his chances of moving on from this year’s ordeal.

As we revealed recently, upcoming episodes will see Josh move onto nearby Rosamund Street after Billy Mayhew (Daniel Brocklebank) decides to give him a place to stay.

Billy takes pity on Josh (Ryan Clayton) after the villain is discharged from hospital and explains that he has nobody else to turn to. However, his decision leaves David outraged when he finds out what’s going on.

Next week, the inevitable happens when David and Josh come face-to-face again – sparking a showdown.

A new spoiler teaser released by the show explained: “Billy is shocked to see David bundling Josh into a car and is worried he’ll do something stupid.

“What does David have planned for Josh?”

Earlier this year, the police decided to take no action against Josh after David bravely reported him for rape, as there wasn’t enough evidence to build a case against him.

Since then, Josh has lost his sight after a guy he was lining up as his next victim brutally beat him up following a warning from Billy.
