Tonight’s episode of Coronation Street saw Abi make a move on a shocked Steve.
Upset after discovering that her children would rather be with their foster parents, Abi ran away to the tram station, where she was eventually comforted by Steve.
Steve found her in a drunken state and challenged her to get her act together after a small bag of heroin fell out of her bag. After convincing her to rebuild her relationship with her children, she gratefully kissed him on the lips. But what will Tracy say when she finds out?
Elsewhere, Imran broke the news to Rana that Hassan had suffered a stroke. But Saira banned Rana from visiting him. Imran pointed out to Saira that should Hassan die, she might be denying him his last chance to see his daughter.
Rana then confronted Saira and claimed that if she hadn’t been banned from her dad’s party, she would have spotted the symptoms earlier.
Also, Gemma was stunned to find John and Jenny behind the bar at the Rovers Return, realising that the pub has been bought. She kicked off at Jenny, calling her a two-faced backstabber before storming out.
Gemma ended up being offering shifts at the chip shop by Chesney, which she was grateful for.
