Come Dine With Me viewers fume over 'wasteful' stunt from host – but who's in the wrong? | The Sun

COME Dine With Me viewers were left fuming over a 'wasteful' stunt from a host.

Wednesdays episode of the Channel 4 show saw three restaurants in London compete for the cash prize.

One was Touch of Greek, and after presenting their three course meal, they decided to put on some entertainment.

And typically, it was traditional Greek music, dancing and the owner smashing plates.

However, Come Dine With Me viewers were not impressed by the dish smashing, with one writing on Twitter: "Oh here we go with the stereotypical plate smashing and bouzouki music #ComeDineWithMe."

Another added: "Seems a waste no matter how cheap they are. Some charities would appreciate them."

However, the other two restaurants loved Touch of Greek and they ended up winning the episode with an impressive 35 points.
