The Geordie Shore star took to Instagram as she posed in the figure-hugging outfit.
She took the picture while on the balcony of her hotel room in Greece.
The outfit is from fashion brand Missy Empire, and costs £23.
Chloe wrote on Instagram: "Greece you have stole my heart but not as much as my Sam!"
And her fans seemed to like what they saw.
One wrote: "I think you are stunning. Just be you and do what you want. Your the only one who matters!"
Another said: "Chloe u look absolutely gawjuzz u have a perfect body!"
A third said: "Amazing! Have the best time girl."
Chloe, 22, has shocked fans with a series of transformations since she joined Geordie Shore.
As well as having a boob job, Chloe had a nose job done at the same time with Christopher Inglefield at London Bridge Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Clinic in May this year.
And she said she’s back to feeling her best following a second boob job.
The procedures are believed to have cost around £15,000.
Chloe went under the knife again after being left with horrific scarring following her first breast augmentation, and she showed off the scarring to her followers online and said she felt miserable.
