The Geordie Shore star, 23, had fat injected into her rear in August, and seemed delighted with the results as she hit the red carpet in a skin-tight bodysuit.
The reality star left little to the imagination in the bodysuit, formed entirely of nude mesh with only chunky gems covering her modesty.
Adding clear heels and going without accessories, Chloe let her curves take centre stage as she posed on the carpet in Bilbao, Spain, with boyfriend Sam Gowland.
In August, the Geordie Shore underwent liposuction and had fat injected into her bum, in her bid to achieve a Kim Kardashian-style rear.
However her dream figure did not come without a price – and the procedure left her in severe pain.
A source told The Sun at the time: "Chloe can't sit down because of the pain she's in.
"She's told friends how she is still really swollen from the procedure and struggling but she's already really happy with the results so it was all worth it."
Chloe is thought to have spent £50,000 on her appearance over the years, including two nose jobs, boob implants, a bum lift, and regular fillers.
However, she recently vowed to stop having surgery altogether, after developing body dysmorphia from her ever-changing appearance.
Fans have also grown concerned about the star, and begged her to stop having surgery after seeing her "unnaturally skinny" waist on Instagram last month.
Chloe – who has confessed to being addicted to plastic surgery in the past – has always been open about her insecurities, revealing last year: "I used to be ugly.
“Before Geordie Shore I could never afford to get anything changed so now I've got the money I'll do whatever makes me happy.”
