The 28-year-old, who is currently on holiday in with her boyfriend Joshua Ritchie, 24, shared the news with fans before showing them her stomach.
She explained: "I've been so bad, carbs, carbs, carbs, carbs and it has been fantastic."
Moving the camera down to show her stomach, she said: "So look at this little pouch, I've now got a little pouch, look.
"I've been eating so much gluten and I'm intolerant to gluten, so when I eat gluten I bloat so big, to the size of a balloon."
The reality star then got up from her seat to show off her newly bloated stomach, confessing that it's 'so bad that it's got to the point where it needs to stop' and said that the meal would be her 'last supper' before she avoids the carbs.
Standing straight, with her side profile facing the camera, Charlotte explained: "This isn't breathing out"- before poking her stomach, which appeared much larger than usual.
"I need a couple of days of no gluten," she explained.
The pained reality star added: "It gets to the point where it's actually really uncomfortable and it hurts."
But, it seems Charlotte had a genuine reason why she had been eating gluten despite being intolerant.
She said: "You know when you're on holiday and you just need to do it.
"This is the last supper so I'm going to eat loads of bread, loads of chips and I might get home and eat a huge bag of Lays in bed."
Earlier today we revealed how the reality star had been cruelly likened to Michael Jackson once again by nasty trolls on social media.
Posting a glamorous shot of herself and her beau at dinner, the MTV star was targeted by trolls who claimed that she looked like the late King of Pop.
One follower wrote: "I see Michael Jackson in that nose."
"Is she starting to look like Michael Jackson?" another commented. "Omg they said Michael Jackson was alive."
A fourth wrote: "You look more like Micheal Jackson with every photo I see 👀😂#heehee."
