The Love Island star, 23, has hooked up with London-based Kimberley Owen, and the pair were recently spotted together at Monaco's Buddha Bar.
The new couple had been staying on her father's super yacht, Zulu, for the Monaco Yacht Show.
A source told the Mail Online: "He is romantically involved with Kimberley.
"It’s obviously early days because he has only recently separated from Ellie.
"He is spending time with Kimberley in Monaco and enjoying her company.
"He got together with Kimberley after he split from Ellie."
News of the romance comes after Charlie insisted he didn't cheat on Ellie.
Ellie’s pals told The Sun Online she ended the romance after fans sent her pictures of him wining and dining another girl.
But Charlie – who flew to Monaco to get away following their split – has hit back and said he’d been planning on ending their romance for a long time and didn't cheat.
An insider said: “Charlie has told everyone he is the one who dumped Ellie because he’d just had enough of her. He said it had been coming for weeks.
“He got tired of the way she spoke to him and said she would try and control him.
"Ellie hated him drinking with mates but it was fine when she wanted to go out with her mates.
"She's too clingy and would moan constantly at him.
“Charlie’s young, he felt like he had a ball and chain with Ellie.”
He announced their split on Tuesday night by posting a statement on Instagram, leaving 20-year-old Ellie heartbroken.
She remains convinced Charlie, 23, was doing the dirty after being shown pictures of him in swanky restaurant Zuma with an attractive companion.
