LAUREN Goodger fought back tears as she revealed her mum gave her away aged 4 – but kept her older brother and sister.
The Celebs Go Dating star poured her heart out about her painful past on tonight's show.
Lauren, 32, held back tears as she relived her childhood in a session with agents Anna and Paul where they started to delve into her history.
Lauren said: “My family are from East London.
"When I was four my mum gave me to my dad but kept my older brother and sister.
"She said she couldn’t cope with three on her own. For me that was heartbreaking.”
Lauren who famously dated her Towie co-star Mark Wright, as well as jailbird Joey Morrison, then talked about the toxic patterns in her previous relationships.
Paul asked: “What’s the commonality between your mother and these guys you’ve dated?”
Lauren said: “I can only think that I’ve been rejected.
"That’s why I stay in these long relationships when I shouldn’t, and however much they put me through, I still stay there for a long time.”
The reality star, dated her Towie co-star Mark between 2001 and 2012.
Mark is now married to Corrie star Michelle Keegan and Lauren recently called their relationship "weird" claiming they did not talk to each other at the gym.
Lauren split from Joey in August 2018 after he was released from Highpoint South prison, serving just over half of a 16-year sentence for a string of violent drug related crimes.
The furious former Towie star dumped him after The Sun Online revealed he'd been sending pictures of his manhood to women outside prison before his release.
Meanwhile Lauren has been seen for the first time since she and Jack Fincham went missing from This Morning after their wild night out at the Celebs Go Dating wrap party.
The Towie legend and the Love Island star caused a commotion when they failed to turn up to This Morning today after partying until the early hours.
