Fans were left "gagging" at the "absolutely vile" scenes, which saw the chef, 42, do a blindfolded taste test.
Gino, alongside Fearne Cotton, Holly Willoughby, Keith Lemon and their celebrity guests were taking part in a spooky Halloween special when the shocking challenge took place.
The challenge saw the Italian personality, dressed as Eleven from Stranger Things, blindfolded as he tasted a number of unknown delicacies fed to him through a tube.
However, the audience and viewers at home were left gasping in horror when host Keith gave him what he claimed to be urine and poo.
Gino proceeded to taste both examples, to the disgust of his co-stars, before immediately throwing up on air.
Viewers at home were revolted by the "vile" challenge, and even threatened to switch off the show for good.
One wrote on Twitter: "Eurgh. No. Sorry. Celebrity Juice has gone too far. I can't watch poo being forced down someone's gob."
While another said in shock: "Did he just eat poo for real? WTF"
Further viewers said: "Literally just gagged. That was grim!" and "if I didn’t feel sick before watching celeb juice, I deffo do now, absolutely vile!!!"
As another agreed: "#CelebJuice has actually got me almost throwing up tonight. That was absolutely disgusting."
Fans hadn't thought the show could get worse, as Holly Willoughby had already been forced to try a boiled egg that had been licked by Keith.
The presenters really got into the Halloween spirit during the episode – with Holly dressing as Morticia from the Addams Family, and Fearne transforming into the Bride from Kill Bill.
