The former Emmerdale actress left the house in the early hours of Saturday morning after days of unrest after she accused Ryan of punching her multiple times during a play fight.
Ryan was given a formal warning during Thursday night's show after Roxanne was seen in tears in the Diary Room and refused to sleep in the same room as him.
But now she has left and the other housemates seem to have realised her version of events weren't accurate, viewers believe Big Brother should reverse their original decision.
One wrote on Twitter: "Retract the warning. Let the housemates see the footage. Apologise live on air. And…give him her fee #CBB".
Another tweeted: "They absolutely MUST retract their warning. and imo give him her fee as a way of apology #CBB".
A third agreed, writing: "You should retract his warning. You were wrong to issue it. @bbuk #CBB."
Meanwhile a fourth shared a gif saying Weeeeeell??? We're waiting!!!" with the caption: "@bbuk when are you going to retract the warning you give @ryanjamesthomas? #CBB".
A fellow viewer said the episode had been the "most uncomfortable viewing ever" and added: "@bbuk need to show the house the footage and retract their warning #cbb".
The demands come as Ryan's younger brother Adam revealed their mum had been in floods of tears over the situation in the Celebrity Big Brother house.

He tweeted: "Sad thing is this is entertainment to some people I’ve just had my mum in bits crying about her little boy that’s the sad truth!
"This industry is f***ed up sometimes never thought they would be using my brother like this for f***ing ratings!"
The actor's other brother Scott has said he will "never be able to forgive" Roxanne for trying to ruin his life.
He tweeted: "Actually got me in tears all this. So happy Ryan got to hear those chants then. I don't think I'll ever be able to forgive Roxanne for what she's done to my big brother…ever."
Ryan's girlfriend Lucy Mecklenburgh also told her fans she had been in tears watching the reality show, before sharing a loved up picture of her with Ryan on Instagram.
