The presenter, 39, was blown away by the gift from Warner Music ahead of the label's star-studded bash at the Chiltern Firehouse tomorrow night.
Taking to her Instagram story, she talked her followers through the bag.
She said: "There's a speaker. Oh look, mini rehab tablets. Goop for a detox bath the next day. I love this stuff, who wears this?
It's lush. It reminds me of someone. Anyway, thank you so much, I can't wait to got to the Brits tomorrow, so exciting."
The full contents of the gift box includes items from Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop, vouchers for light therapy treatments from The Light Salon and a work out at The Face Gym to get guests red carpet ready.

The box came at a perfect time for Caroline after she found a parking ticket on her £20,000 Range Rover while running errands around London today.
The star couldn't hide her irritation as she walked over to her car to find the ticket on her windscreen, moments after a parking enforcement officer targeted her luxury vehicle.
Despite her parking woes, the Love Island presenter looked chic in a beige trench coat which she layered over a black mini dress with a leather trim.
Caroline teamed her dress with thick black tights and a pair of leather ankle boots as she carried her Burberry scarf in her hand.
In the wake of her ticket fury, the TV presenter took to her Instagram Story to complain about getting the fine.
She captioned a shot of the ticket: "How to get a parking ticket everyday… by Caroline Flack".
