Can you guess the stunning BBC actress from her teen movie debut?

WHO doesn't love an awkward teen drama on the big or small screen?

Back in 2008, Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging was a must-see, especially for those who had read the Confessions of Georgia Nicholson books which it was based on.

The Louise Rennison series followed the titular Georgia as she made her way through High School with her friends Jas, Rosie, Mabs and Jules, with the film focusing on the events of the first book.

While Georgia Groome played the film Georgia, her love interest was Aaron Taylor-Johnson as wannabe rocker, Robbie.

However her best friend Jas was played by an actress who went on to achieve huge fame in one of the BBC's most popular period dramas.

But fans can be forgiven for not recognising Poldark's Eleanor Tomlinson without her trademark red hair, as Jas was blonde.

Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging was Eleanor's second big screen movie, having appeared in The Illusionist two years before in 2006.

After the film, she went on to appear in a number of other TV movies and series like The White Queen in 2013 before landing the role of Demelza in Poldark alongside Aidan Turner in 2015.
